1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using XDLogin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

XDLogin is built for legitimate multi-account work: running storefronts, managing advertising accounts for clients, collecting public data, testing, and keeping unrelated accounts separate. You agree not to use it for any of the following.

• Payment fraud or carding.
• Credential stuffing, or taking over an account that is not yours.
• Gaining access to any system you are not authorised to use.
• Harassment, stalking, or targeting an individual.
• Distributing malware, phishing pages, spam, or illegal content.
• Evading sanctions, or evading lawful government enforcement.
• Anything else that is illegal where you are.

Accounts found doing any of this are terminated without a refund. If you are not sure whether what you plan to do is allowed, ask us before you buy rather than after.

3. Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are billed immediately at checkout and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled; there is no free trial. The Free tier requires no payment method. Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; charges may appear under Dodo Payments on your statement. If you are dissatisfied within 7 days of your first billed transaction, contact support@xdlogin.com for a full refund. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future renewals.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

XDLogin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that compliance with individual third-party platform terms of service is your sole responsibility.
